Steel Mace Vinyasa is a form of fitness that combines the principles of yoga vinyasa with the use of a steel mace, a weighted training tool. It aims to improve strength, flexibility, mobility, and balance, while also promoting flow state and mindfulness. Summer Huntington developed this practice, which integrates ancient techniques, modern kinesiology, and high-performance coaching tactics.

Both primal movement and animal flow are fitness approaches that focus on bodyweight movements, but they differ in their emphasis and specific exercises. Primal movement emphasizes the natural, fundamental movement patterns of humans, while animal flow incorporates animal-inspired movements in dynamic sequences.

All the seasons energies will be visited each season. In the specific season we are in calendar-wise, we will focus heavily on the energetic qualities of that season. You will be reminded of the season's theme throughout the session to help maintain deep connection to the energy of that season.
